I have been so lucky to have Jeanne by my side as a personal trainer. She does not do a one size fits all approach; rather, she has asked many questions to find the best program for me. She recognizes the need for flexibility and has adjusted my plan multiple times based on listening to how I feel. She is always there to answer any questions about the routine as well as patiently explaining the reason behind the exercises. Jeanne's coaching goes beyond writing workouts and demonstrating technique (though she does both with an eye toward strength, progress, and safety). She takes a whole person approach to this work and is honest, compassionate, and encouraging. She makes sure I understand the why behind each exercise cycle, and adapts the programming to account for real life alongside my workout goals. Through Jeanne's coaching I'm stronger than I've ever been, but also more confident and intentional in my body and my approach to my physical well being. - E.H.
